One Call Scheduling
The Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital “One Call” scheduling service is available to help streamline patients’ visits to Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital for most scheduled outpatient services. This means our patients expect the usual excellent care and service, as well as greater convenience every time you choose Summa Wadsworth-Rittman Hospital for your health care.
If you have an order for an outpatient test or service, call 330-331-1111 to reach the One Call center representative, who can do all of the following:
- Schedule your tests, as needed.
- Complete your pre- registration.
- Have your tests pre-certified, if needed.
- Provide you with information about any preparation required for the test or procedure.
- Assist you with any other information you need.
As a result of using the One Call service, on the day of your test or service, you may be able to go directly to the department and not have to stop at registration. As an added convenience, the One Call service has extended hours: Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. What could be more convenient?
